Garbage In, Garbage Out - A journey to re-engineering your consciousness

So how many of you have heard the term GIGO (garbage in, garbage out)? Although it has its orgin in the fields of computer science and mathematics, it is a concept that can be applied to almost any area of your life. So what does it actually mean? Simply put, it means that what you put in is what you get out. Do you ever feel that sometimes no matter how hard you try to do things differently in a specific area of your life, you still get the same old result. And that is usually because you have applied the same patterns, beliefs and thinking to that area of your life that you have always been using. Even if your outer attempts and approach has changed, whether you are aware of it or not, you're essentially using the same template hoping for a different outcome.

For true, lasting change to mainfest in your life, you need to transform the internal template or internal script. But that first starts with identifying the patterns and thinking that needs change . I always say to my clients, you cannot change that which you are not aware of. Awareness is one of the most important tools in re-engineering one's thinking and breaking belief patterns that are shaping your current reality.

At Infinity Expressions, we assist you in identifying the conscious, sub-conscious and unconscious patterns that are contributing to the reality that you are so desiring to change. But it doesnt stop there. As part of this journey, we take you through a deep process of letting go of those patterns and finally replacing them with thinking and beliefs that are vibrationally aligned with the outcome you so desire. As Einstein once said "No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it".

So what is it that you desire to do differently in 2016?
